The last few weeks for the Year 9, Year 11 and Year 12 Japanese classes have been full of excitement and learning. Year 9 students prepared information about their hobbies and interests to share with Naruto Junior High School students during their first classroom to classroom Skype connection. It was amazing to see our students virtually meet their pen pals from last year for the first time!

The Year 11 and 12 students also connected through Skype to students from our sister school, Seibo Gakuen in Japan. The students from both schools have started to build quite a rapport with one another as they have been communicating in this way on and off over the past 12 months. Our students value this form of spontaneous and real world communication for practicing their speaking and listening skills in Japanese.

Our Vision
