MIDDLE SCHOOL

At our Middle & Senior Campus, every student is known and valued as an important member of our community.

We invite you to visit us – experience our dynamic learning spaces, be welcomed like family, and explore our approach to learning.

At the beginning of 2020 Faith commenced delivering curricula to our Year 7s following  the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBOMYP).

We are a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and are pursuing authorization as an IB World School.

The IB philosophy, which we share is —a commitment to improve the teaching and learning of a diverse and inclusive community of students by delivering challenging, high quality programmes of international education that share a powerful vision.

Lifelong Learners

Encouraging intrinsic, self-directed learners who pursue their passions and exceed expectations.

Year 7

Faith students are recognised as individuals. They are empowered, with the support from teachers and parents, to design their own learning plan from within our elective program this is relevant and engaging to them.

The IB's programmes are different from other curricula because they:
• encourage students of all ages to think critically and challenge assumptions
• develop independently of government and national systems, incorporating quality practice from research and our global community of schools
• encourage students of all ages to consider both local and global contexts
• develop multilingual students.

The Journey

Our teachers facilitate each student's journey through ongoing positive working relationships based on respect, humour, empathy and setting high expectations.

Be Bold

We encourage our students to be courageous, providing opportunities to share learning with authentic local and global audiences.
